RSLT Labs fulfills all orders from our Michigan-based facilities. The following outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and distribution policies for approved accounts.
Processing & Lead Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom formulations, private label orders, or large-volume requests may require additional lead time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Standard orders ship via FedEx or UPS with tracking provided on all shipments. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at additional cost. Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard domestic delivery is typically 3–5 business days from shipment date. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying wholesale orders.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries on a case-by-case basis. The purchaser is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory compliance in the destination country. RSLT Labs is not liable for shipments delayed or seized by customs. Contact our team prior to placing international orders to confirm eligibility and estimated delivery.
Delivery & Inspection
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend inspecting all packages upon receipt. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with your order number and supporting photos. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, at our discretion, issue a replacement or credit for the affected items.
Restricted Shipments
Certain compounds may be subject to shipping restrictions based on federal, state, or local regulations. RSLT Labs reserves the right to decline or modify orders that cannot be legally shipped to the specified destination. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify that ordered products may be lawfully received at their shipping address.
